Build a Career Supporting U.S.
Real Estate Teams

Join a growing team of virtual assistants trained to support real estate, property management, and title companies across the U.S. We match you to the right client, train you before day one, and stay involved after you start.

Why VAs Choose Tandem

Matched,
Not Just Placed

We match you to a role based on your experience and the client's actual needs, then train you on their tools and workflows before you start.

An Honest
Picture Upfront

Before you accept a placement, you'll know what the role actually looks like day to day — no surprises.

A Real Point
Of Contact

You'll always know exactly who your Tandem contact is — not a shared inbox.

Continuous

Support

We check in early and often — your first few days, your first few weeks, your first month — to help you succeed.

Recognition
And Growth

Strong work gets noticed through regular recognition and updates from the Tandem team.

What You'll Be Doing

Most Tandem placements are administrative and operations support roles embedded with U.S. real estate and property businesses. The day-to-day varies by client, but often includes:

Lead follow-up, appointment setting, and CRM updates
Transaction and listing coordination
Resident and customer communications
Marketing, social media, and ad support
Data entry, reporting, and bookkeeping

Some clients look for experience with specific tools — like Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, BoomTown, AppFolio, or Buildium. Platform experience is a plus and can help match you to the right client, but it's not required for every role.

How It Works

STEP 1

Apply

Apply to join our general talent pool.

STEP 2

Intro Call

A first-round interview with the Tandem team to talk through your experience, fit, and availability.

STEP 3

Second Interview

A second interview with our Client Success team to ensure alignment with client requirements.

STEP 4

Client Review

If it's a good fit, we send your profile to the client for review.

STEP 5

Meet the Client

If the client wants to move forward, we'll schedule a second interview so you can meet them directly.

STEP 6

Outcome

If the client wants to bring you on, you move into onboarding. If it's not the right match, you stay in our talent pool for future opportunities.

Support That Doesn't Stop at Placement

You'll be embedded with a client day to day, but you're still part of the Tandem team. That means a named point of contact, regular check-ins, coaching along the way, and recognition when you do good work. Schedules are set around what the client needs — a standard daytime block, a split shift, or after-hours coverage.
